Meet the team..
Dalton Spire was born out of passion for helping businesses grow and a love of marketing and advertising, by local husband and wife team Nic and Jane Gough. Having both worked in sales and marketing, print, design and events for most of their working lives, in 2006 they decided to take the plunge and Dalton Spire was born.
Jane Gough (Sales and Financial Director)
'We just love helping businesses grow’ said Jane, who herself is an avid networker and likes nothing more than connecting people who may be able to work together. Jane heads up all things sales and events, so her passion is helping businesses to find a unique way to promote themselves, whether that be eye catching paper advertising or designing a stand for a client at an event.
Jane's entrepreneurial spirit was recognised in 2016 when she was a finalist in the ‘Women in Business – Women of Achievement Awards’ for ‘Female Entrepreneur.

Over 25 years’ experience in the print industry.
Over 20 years’ experience of advertising sales
Over 20 years’ experience organising and running events and exhibitions. Experience of running events under COVID-19 guidelines.

Nic Gough (Managing Director)
Nic, on the other hand is master of the ship ! His job is to steer a path forward for the company to continue to grow and is constantly developing new and exciting promotional opportunities for their ever growing client base.
It helps that he studied Commercial/Graphic Art and Photography as a young lad (that was quite a few years ago!!) and continued learning, moving on to do a Marketing degree and then an Applied Digital Media degree.
As a Chartered Designer too, there is no end to this man’s talents.
